I wanted to take a minute to send you an email to thank you for the outstanding customer service that was shown to me recently by Cathy T. in the ordering of my Qlink Sapero that I purchased from CBXMan in late May. The Sapero was delivered to me my door last Tuesday and in the past week, I have greatly enjoyed riding my Qlink around town. From the beginning, Cathy went out of her way to help walk me through the purchase process and I could not be happier with the customer service that was shown to me throughout the process. Cathy was extremely courteous, professional and easy to work withshe kept me updated on the status of my order, helped me order some additional merchandise (helmet and gloves to start with) and was amazing throughout all aspects of the sale.

I have already received a number of compliments from friends, neighbors and other riders about the look of my Sapero and I have been extremely pleased with it so far. I have told everyone that I have talked to about the great customer service that I received from Cathy T. and CBXMan and am doing what I can to drive more business to you. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and wanted to make sure that I let you know about the outstanding service that I received throughout this entire process. How can anyone put it in one word. We cannot. My wife and I went to your showroom on April 26th to look at the Legacys. There was a black one and I knew it was mine. We were treated with nothing but the "top notch" professional service anyone could ask for. Not only that but the staff (Steve, Donna, Susan) were so friendly that we chatted for over an hour before we left. Just ask them about the couple who met on the internet.

There was no rush, no sales pitch, no pressure! That is one thing that makes your place the greatest, and of course, that you carry the Legacys.

Our 2 hour trip from the Catskills was worth every mile. Deposit, paper work, etc. was handled so fast that today, May 3rd, Jack drove up my driveway at 8:15 AM with my Legacy completely delivered as promised. (Gee, he gets up early.)

We took several business cards and you can be assured that they will be passed out to anyone inquiring about the bike. All the reviews I read on the net were absolutely true.

Thanks so much for not only clarifying the fuel capacity for me, but for the great tips for the bike - I will certainly use them! I plan on enjoying this bike to the fullest, and I've always been a careful car driver, so I plan to be a careful biker as well. I know that sometimes there are situations beyond your control, but I plan to be and stay as safe as possible.

I think that a couple of things that will come into good play regarding being safe is (1) I don't plan on riding on the Interstate - there's too many back roads to have to deal with that crazy circus!!, (2) I don't plan to use it for my communte back/forth to work - even though I don't get on the Interstate, the roads I do travel are almost as crazy, (3) I plan to mainly use it for pleasure riding with my husband on weekends on back roads, where it can be so much more enjoyable.

I hope you enjoy the pics - everyone's asking me if I'm going through my mid-life crisis and I tell them no, that my husband is and that I decided to go along for the ride (literally and figuratively)!!!!!

But I do want to thank you and Cathy T. (who is awesome) for being so extremely helpful during my purchase process. It's been a truly great experience dealing with you. There are 4 QLINK dealers in GA, but I decided to buy from you, because of all the good things I'd heard and read - which mean a lot to me, knowing the people/company behind the product are ready to back it up. If you ever need any recommendations, please feel free to use mine.

It's the answer to what I've been looking for....something that I can ride and not have it look like a scooter. I appreciate being able to test ride your demo in the parking lot. The bike rides nice and smoothe on the back roads. I'm just disappointed that riding season is just about at the end.

The Ridley's are out there...but they are much more expensive...heavier...and have larger engines. They looked very intimidating. I think once the word gets out that these QLinks are available...you'll be selling a lot. thanks again!!

I received a letter from Registrar of Imported Vehicles telling me the bike I purchesed from you, couldn't be regestered here in Canada and had to go back. It couldn't be modified to meet Canadian standars.When I notified you about it, you were away. Kathleen sent me an email right back saying she would check it out and get back to me, next we talk on phone and she told me to bring it back. By this time six weeks had gone passed, went we finally got it returned. I was more then satifited, when I recived 100% of my money back and was told, keep the charger for my other bikes. If you ever get a bunessines started in Canada, I want to be the frist one in line to bye a bike from you. I just wanted to drop you a line and say thank you, again from Ontario Canada.
