WHY SOME PRODUCTS ARE EXEMPT:
If we could afford it, we would offer free shipping on everything! Unfortunately, in the Powersports Market, some items may be relatively light in weight but extremely bulky in size. An example being a Hardcase/Top Box. Other items may be relatively small, but extremely heavy. An example being a Battery.
As a result, not all items qualify for free shipping due to the associated costs of shipping an oversized or heavy item.
Despite some consumer opinions, we are not making a profit on shipping fees. Online Shopping is a convenience most of us enjoy! However, this comes with a convenience fee. We purchase an item online and it just so happens that the item we've purchased is located in a warehouse 1500 miles away. This item arrives on our doorstep a few days later. It was delivered by a shipping company, this convenience fee is what gets the item to our doorstep while we're still in our pajamas.
ORDER FULFILLMENT:
- Tuesday thru Friday - Orders are processed within 3-4 business days.
- Saturday thru Monday - Orders are processed the next business day.
- Backordered Items - A sales representative will contact you with an estimated availability date.
- Special Order Items - Some items are special order. These items are clearly labeled as such and are subject to the additional time indicated for order fulfillment.
- Allow 7-14 business days for your in-stock item(s) to ship from our warehouse from the time we receive your completed order before you can request its status.
- Your card is not charged until your item(s) has shipped.
ESTIMATE SHIPPING:
For your planning and convenience, we display an estimated shipping amount when orders are placed. The exact shipping amount will be calculated and charged at the time your order is shipped.
RETURNED ITEMS:

Vehicle Freight Information
Just because you don't live near us is no reason to not consider acquiring one of our Bikes. We can help get the bike to you!
We deliver all of our Motorcycles, Scooters, ATV's and Cruiser Bikes in our own enclosed trailer to 2 Delivery zones from our office in Kingston, PA. If you live within the 150 mile radius of our location your are in Zone 1. If you live outside of the 150 mile radius you are in Zone 2.*
We have used Daily & another company ourselves for inbound and outbound shipments of motorcycles and have been pleased with their service. They have large fleets of specially constructed tractor trailers designed specifically for hauling motorcycles. Their drivers are experts at loading, transporting and delivering motorcycles safely and have a solid history of getting the bikes to us and to our customers in good shape
The nice thing about using our truckers is the bikes do not have to have their fluids drained or batteries disconnected. The bikes are ready to ride right off the trailer. For your Information our truckers operates in the 48 continental United States. They do not operate in Canada or Alaska, we can arrange overseas delivery however be forewarned that prices are high.
