Johnny Pag Vehicle Warranty
This warrany is subject to change without notice.
LIMITED 6 MONTH WARRANTY
We warrant that each new unit sold by us will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship in normal service for a period of six (6) Months from date of purchase (30 days for commercial/rental use).
This warranty covers units which have been operated in accordance with normal use and which have not been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, improper maintenance, alteration, or any tampering or changing parts on motorcycle.
Our obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to the replacement, at an authorized dealer designated by us, of such part or parts, as inspection shall disclose to have been defective. Warranty will cover the reasonable cost of parts and labor.
All other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly disclaimed in their entirely, nor is anyone authorized to make any on our behalf.
EXCLUSIONS:
This warranty does not apply to defects caused by casualty or unreasonable use, including faulty repairs by others and failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. Nor does it cover defects caused by natural or man-made disasters, war, or theft.
The following items are not covered by this warranty:
- Cost associated with the pick-up and delivery of the product.
- After market accessories that are installed on the motorcycle are not warranted by us, these are subject to the warranties, if any of their respective manufacturers.
- Batteries are covered for a period of 90 days from sale; all other electrical components and wiring, one year from date of sale.
- Normal wear parts are defined as but not limited to: tires, plastic body parts such as fenders, chain, clutch, seat, shocks, brake pads, air filter, fuel filter, oil filter, inner tubes, mirrors, and all light bulbs.
- Warranty is non-transferable and only valid if purchased through an authorized Johnny Pag dealer.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND including but not limited to labor costs or transportation charges in connection with the replacement or repair of defective parts.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance items such as lubricants, filters, tune-ups, or adjustments. This warranty does not cover normal deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure.
Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. JohnnyPag.com will cover all parts under warranty and reimburse posted shop rates.
TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:
Buyer must bring the unit and proof of purchase to an authorized dealer. Buyer must also show proof of record that mandatory first break-in service was performed by an authorized Johnny Pag dealer.
