ALL HARD BOXES - 2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
La Boite, Inc. covers all Tamarack™ HARD BOXES with our Manufacturer's 2-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty does not extend beyond quality and craftsmanship, and covers defective materials and workmanship only. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the actual price paid for the product, and does not include any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages. Warranty does not cover the misuse, intentional defacement / alteration, or damage inflicted upon the product. It also does not cover any damage caused by fire, acts of God, larceny, misplacement, or collision. We make no other expressed or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Quick-Release straps are not covered by warranty. Replacement straps can be obtained through your local dealer where you purchased the accessory.
If product is defective, La Boite Inc. will repair or replace the Tamarack™ product. The defective product must be shipped to La Boite, Inc. (postage prepaid) for repair by our qualified technicians, and then La Boite, Inc. will ship back to you at no charge. La Boite, Inc. retains final judgment on Tamarack™ warranty coverage and reserves the right to charge parts, labor, and shipping for repair of any damage not covered under warranty. Dealers are not authorized to make any warranties or change this warranty. Registration card MUST be on file for warranty to be valid.
TITAN SERIES BAGS - LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
We know of no other line that meets Tamarack™ standards of quality in materials and workmanship. We warrant our bags to be useable for the lifetime of the purchaser. We will repair or replace at our discretion any bag that fails as a result of an error in workmanship or a materials problem. Registration card MUST be on file for warranty to be valid. If one of your Tamarack™ bags ever fails, send it to us at the address below. We will repair or replace at our option, and ship it right back to you. We reserve the right to charge for repair and/or parts if damage is not deemed to be covered by warranty.
