Return Requests

All cbxman.com products are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Products can be returned within 15 days of receipt of order for ANY reason.

All items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging as received by you.

• Please call (570) 718-1844 for RA# (return authorization number). All returns must be in the original packages and returned within 14 days of receiving the RA#.
  
  
• Electrical parts are non-returnable.
  
  
• There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. Items returned for an exchange are subject to this restocking fee as well.
  
  
• NO returns for used parts.
  
  
• If you return any items from an order that received FREE Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.

You will then return ship the product via your preferred carried with shipping & insurance cost paid by you. Upon receipt of the product the full purchase price of the product (not including shipping and handling) will be returned to you.
