2. When Will My Order Ship?

We ship with USPS.

Monday thru Friday, Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed by our order fulfillment system before you request its status.

Saturday or Sunday, Your order will be processed the next busines day by our order fulfillment system before you request its status.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your in-stock item(s) to ship from our warehouse from the time we receive your completed order.

3. After entering all of my billing and shipping information, I get an "AVS Error Message". What does this mean?

AVS Error Message stands for Address Verification System. This means there is a discrepancy in the information that you entered into our "billing information" and the way that your credit card is actually billed. This information must match your credit card billing information exactly, or your transaction will not go through. (This is for YOUR protection, as well as ours.)

If you continue to experience this problem after you have rechecked you information. Please email us and we will help you with your order.

Within your email please include your contact information, a brief description of your error and we will respond ASAP.

DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL.

4. Why does CBXMAN.COM appear on my billing statement?

CBXManMotorcycles.com is a sub-division of CBXMan.com. All orders are processed by CBXMan.com and will be reflected on your billing statement as such.
